St Charles is a lovely college and has helped me to grow as a person, as well as in my studies. The teaching is outstanding and the teachers all deeply care about the students and their wellbeing. The teaching here has helped me to gain confidence in speaking to groups of people, which will be useful for me at university. I have also gained many other skills, such as organisation and time management. Students here constantly have interactions with the teachers and St Charles helps us to grow into adults as well as teaching us how to work independently. My time here has helped me to believe in myself.
St Charles has many social activities that I could take part in and the students in my classes would often get together to help each other with work. I also got to be a Tutor Rep, which helped my confidence and public speaking.
The campus is beautiful and there are many areas where you can hang out with friends. There is a lot of freedom, which I loved, and the area is a lovely place for students. My favourite parts of the campus were the library and the careers building. They have all the information you need, as well as being peaceful places to do work.
St Charles is very friendly and there is a place here for everyone.
