On the 7th October, twelve Media & Film Studies students were invited to a film masterclass with acclaimed thespian, X-Men and Star Trek actor Patrick Stewart.
Organised by Film Education to promote National Schools Film Week, the masterclass provided students with the opportunity to learn more about acting for stage and screen, Stewart’s own career and his journey through the film and theatre industries, both in the UK and Hollywood.
After a Q & A session, Patrick Stewart and the students were interviewed by London Tonight and The Times Education Supplement to promote the work of Film Education and its role in bringing young people one step closer to the film industry.
