We are Outstanding!

We are delighted to share the wonderful news that our recent Catholic Schools Inspection has rated St Charles as Outstanding in all areas.

This recognition reflects the exceptional commitment of our staff, the enthusiasm and achievements of our students, and the strong partnership we share with our families and parish community.

What we do well:

• Catholic social teaching is embedded across the whole curriculum and practically through the St Charles’ Passport with its focus on the development of the whole person.
• The creative approach to the timetable gives the students extensive opportunities to volunteer.
• Pastoral care of students is exemplary.
• Extensive opportunities are provided for students to participate in high quality prayer and liturgy.
• The RE department are well qualified subject specialists with a high level of subject knowledge and dedicated to communicating this effectively. Students are fully engaged and able to articulate what they have been taught.
